Zebrahead is kicking off 2026 exactly the way you’d expect; loud, proud, and full throttle. The Orange County legends will headline a special hometown show at the House of Blues Anaheim on Saturday, January 17, 2026, joined by Alien Ant Farm and Suburban Legends. The show lands just ahead of a larger U.S. run where Zebrahead will also support Goldfinger and Unwritten Law at select February dates, making it the perfect way to ring in the new year.
For longtime fans, the venue choice feels perfect. Zebrahead has a deep history with the House of Blues, including the release of a live DVD/album filmed there in 2003 and dozens of other shows over the years. This 2026 return feels less like a tour stop and more like a party everyone’s invited to. Anyone who’s seen them live knows what that room becomes once the lights go down; bodies in motion, fists in the air, beer flying, and a pit that never really stops moving.
Born out of the original Orange County punk rock surge, Zebrahead has spent their career pushing ahead without looking back. Now entering yet another era, the band remains as relentless as ever, showing no signs of pumping the brakes. With close to 600,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, it’s clear fans are still packing in and ready to move on the dance floor. Bassist Ben Osmundson says. “As long as people come out to shows and listen, we will continue to tour the world and release music.”
That energy is exactly what Zebrahead feeds off. Their shows thrive on crowd participation; from shouted anthems, synchronized jumps, bubbles of love, to circle pits that open up without warning. Whether you’re up front singing along or caught in the push and pull of the pit, a Zebrahead set is less about standing still and more about moving your feet, and leaving with a grin and a whole lot of smiles on your face.
In 2026, the band will begin releasing a string of new songs and videos, all leading up to a brand-new EP, the follow-up to their recent epic trilogy of EPs, "I", "II", and "III".

The current lineup; Adrian Estrella (vocalist/guitarist), Ali Tabatabaee (vocalist/rapper), Dan Palmer (guitarist), Ed Udhus (percussionist), and Ben Osmundson (bass); continues to sound sharper, heavier, and more locked in than ever. After signing to Columbia Records straight out of high school, Zebrahead went on to sell over two million albums worldwide, survive label shakeups, earned a Grammy nomination from a collaboration with Motörhead, and tour relentlessly across the globe.
For nearly a decade, the band has embraced a DIY approach, something Ben Osmundson credits as key to their longevity. “It’s more fun when there is no boss,” he laughs. “And honestly, that has been the approach that has kept the band alive. Cause why do it if it isn’t fun?” And that sense of fun carries straight into the new music.
“Brace yourselves for a sonic explosion of adrenaline-pumping anthems and relentlessly catchy hooks that'll have you moshing in the pit and making unforgettable new memories with your closest friends,” says vocalist/rapper Ali Tabatabaee. Vocalist/guitarist Adrian Estrella adds, “These next new songs are the culmination of working together now for a few years and truly understanding our writing process. In my opinion, it’s a massive step forward, and I can’t wait for everyone to scream along with us!”
From their early days with the "Yellow" EP on Dr. Dream Records in 1998 to albums like "Waste of Mind", "Playmate of the Year", "MFZB", "Phoenix", "Get Nice", "Walk the Plank", and "Brain Invaders", Zebrahead’s history reads like a nonstop highlight reel. Add in legendary festival appearances at Warped Tour, Reading/Leeds, Wacken, Download, Southside, Rock AM Ring/Park, Summersonic, Punkspring, Fuji Rock, Groezrock, Pukkelpop, Slam Dunk, Sonisphere, Hurricane, Greenfield, Nova Rock, Tsunami, Highfield and countless others, and it’s clear their momentum is only getting stronger.

Now, with new music on deck and a hometown show promising sweaty floors, hoarse voices, and a pit that refuses to quit, Zebrahead’s future looks just as explosive as ever.
As lead guitarist Dan Palmer perfectly sums it up:“We plan to do two things with these new songs: kick ass and chew bubble gum. And we’re all out of bubble gum.”
